Gratomic Announces Grant Of Options

January 12, 2018, TORONTO, ON – Gratomic Inc. (“GRAT” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: GRAT)
(FRANKFURT:CB81, WKN:A2JAP3) wishes to announce that the Company is granting an additional 55,000
options to Steve Gray, a director of the Company. The options are priced at $0.14 and have a 5 year term
to January 12, 2023.
